The STM reports to our global partner in APAC East Asia division and is the key interface for such partner leadership in the region. The STM is directly responsible for their campus operations team to ensure that programmatic processes are functioning efficiently and effectively. The STM supports their regional operations team nationwide by collaborating with our client, associate contractors, business partners, and other supporting teams to implement best practices.

The CRS reports to the site manager (SSM or STM) and is responsible for alarm monitoring and visitors’ access control to the server rooms. They receive site issues from screening personnel and occasionally report to their senior managements or regional leadership of our partner.

CRSはSSMまたはSTM直下の役職で、アラーム監視と来場者によるサーバー・ルームへのアクセス・コントロールの責任者になります。 検査担当者から現場の問題を聞き取り、必要に応じて上席者や海外パートナーへの報告や問題解決の相談も行って頂きます。
