The Administrative Officer (AO) reports to the Site Security Manager (SSM) and supports the management and daily operations of a data center site.
Key responsibilities include scheduling and staffing coordination, management of records and security-related documentation, audit and compliance support, and oversight of on-site security technology. The AO also delivers training and certification for security officers, monitors their progress, and maintains training records to help ensure consistent operational standards.
In addition, the AO helps ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supports staff coaching and corrective actions. When the SSM is absent, the AO serves as a key point of contact between data center management and security personnel, helping maintain smooth site operations.

The Control Room Supervisor (CRS) reports directly to the Site Security Manager (SSM) and is responsible for alarm monitoring, access control for visitors entering server rooms, and overseeing access control and crisis management operations while supervising and directing Responders.
The CRS gathers information on site issues and concerns from screening personnel and Responders, coordinates appropriate responses, and reports incidents to the APAC (Asia-Pacific) Regional Manager or the overseas security team of our global partner in English, receiving instructions and coordinating follow-up actions as required. The role also involves coordinating with overseas teams on security equipment troubleshooting and facility access permit applications through phone calls, emails, chats, and Teams meetings, helping ensure smooth security operations and timely issue resolution.

CRS（Control Room Supervisor）は、SSM（Site Security Manager）直下の役職で、アラーム監視やサーバールームへの来訪者のアクセス管理を担い、Responderを指揮・監督しながら、出入管理および危機管理業務を統括します。

The Responder reports directly to the Control Room Supervisor (CRS) and is responsible for conducting regular patrols and additional patrols as directed by the CRS. The Responder also covers the CRS’s duties during breaks, supporting security operations such as alarm monitoring and access control.
In the event of an issue, the Responder assists with situation assessment and response under the CRS’s direction. The role may also include supporting security equipment troubleshooting and facility access permit applications. In addition, the Responder assists the CRS when coordinating with overseas security teams in English to address operational issues, helping maintain a safe and smooth-running facility.

Responderは、CRS（Control Room Supervisor）直下の役職で、施設内の定時巡回や、CRSの指示に基づく臨時巡回を担当します。また、CRSの休憩時間には、その業務を代行し、アラーム監視やアクセス管理などのセキュリティオペレーションを支援します。
